General description  


In this webinar series, chaired by Dr Muthoni, a panel of clinical experts – Dr Benjamin Wachira, Associate Professor of Medicine, Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi and Founder of Emergency Medicine Kenya Foundation and Max Sul, Clinical Education and Marketing Manager for Philips Emergency Care, will lead three clinical sessions to allow Healthcare Professionals to Treat Effectively and Connect Effortlessly to Improve Clinical Outcomes for Sudden Cardiac Arrest Victims.

Join our first session around effective cardiac defibrillation, the use of Biphasic verses Monophasic cardiac defibrillation, how much energy is required to effectively shock the heart and how to use a manual defibrillator.

For our second session, learn about the impact of high-quality CPR and the use of audio-visual feedback strategies to minimize hands off time, and the importance of effective ventilation.

To conclude the series,  in our third session will we follow a patient from EMS arrival and their journey through to the cath lab; exploring how streamlining Emergency Cardiac Workflow from the prehospital environment to the hospital can help Improve Clinical Outcomes and what role do EMS based cloud solutions play in this.
