Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 10 pieces of toast bread
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to brush burgers
  • Burger buns halves, rocca and tomatoes to assemble sandwich
  • 2 peeled and sliced avocadoes
  • 1/4 cup of yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of light mayonnaise (optional)
  • Squeeze of half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove minced

Directions

  • To make avocado spread: Using Philips hand blender blend the avocadoes then add yoghurt, salt, pepper, lemon juice and garlic, and set aside.
  • To make the burgers: Place bread slices in Philips food processor and process. Place half of the bread crumbs in a bowl and reserve half for coating the burgers.
  • Place 2 tablespoons of mixture in tortilla bread and roll.
  • Grill using Philips grill for 2 minutes and serve with a light salad.
  • Place the onion in Philips food processor and chop then add to bowl
  • Place chicken in Philips food processor and mince then add to bowl.
  • Add the cheese, oil, milk, paprika and garlic powder.
  • Shape burgers into patties and coat with remaining bread crumbs. Brush with vegetable oil.
  • Place in Philips Air fryer for 15 minutes at 180c.
  • To assemble sandwich: Add two tablespoons of avocado spread to bun, place patty over spread. Add rocca and tomato and serve.
