Ingredients: 1 Kilo of minced meat; 1 Tablespoon of Arabic spice mix; 1 Teaspoon of paprika; Salt and pepper (according to taste); 3 Tablespoons of vegetable oil; 6 Onions sliced thinly; 6 Cloves of garlic sliced thinly; 4 Medium tomatoes peeled and chopped; 1 Cup of tomato paste; 1 Tablespoon of pomegranate molasses (Dibbes Al-Rumman); 2 Cups of water; 1 Tablespoon of flour mixed with 1/4 cup of cold water; 6 Medium potatoes cut into cubes; Salt, pepper and all spice (according to taste)

4 Medium tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 Cup of tomato paste
1 Tablespoon of pomegranate molasses (Dibbes Al-Rumman)
2 Cups of water
1 Tablespoon of flour mixed with 1/4 cup of cold water
6 Medium potatoes cut into cubes
Salt, pepper and all spice (according to taste)

Directions

Mix the meat with salt and pepper, all spices and paprika.
Brush potatoes with vegetable oil and place in air fryer at 180c for 20 minutes and set aside.
Form the meat mixture into medium sized balls. Brush with vegetable oil and place in air fryer at 180 c for 15 minutes. Set aside.
In vegetable oil, cook the onions until tender then add the garlic, tomatoes and season the sauce with more salt, pepper, all spice and paprika.
Add the tomato paste, molasses and water and let cook for 5 minutes.
Add the flour-water mixture and mix well.
Add the meat balls and potatoes to sauce and let boil for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
